The blog is back. It’s been 15 years since I opened it with Hello 2010. That post is long deleted, as is most of what I ever wrote here. Anyway, in classic blog fashion this is a post to tell you that there will be posts. They will be irregular at best. There will be no week notes. God forbid there will be takes (of course there will, don’t be stupid). There will be something. I believe we now just call it content.
Started the year in the Basque country, which is very beautiful and very anti-fascist. It was nice. Back in the trend mines now working on a foresight project that may get named after it’s done. I’m still on the board at Creative Coding Utrecht who continue to maintain a vibrant community of practice in the realm of artistic computing practices and research, and after becoming a Zoöp last year are continuing their thematic through line of work exploring Permacomputing.
I still boulder, I still listen to breakbeats and bass music. Several temporary niche interests have come and gone, some of which may become content fodder, most will not.
This site became more focused on presentation of my collage back-catalogue last year. I moved my work portfolio over to Structure and Narrative, then never got around to re-publishing it. Soon? No promises (it will not be soon).
